RECORDS DIVISION UPDATE
In effort to protect our staff, we are taking some precautions. This is being to reduce the possibility of both citizens and employees being exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
The New Britain Police Department is requesting that citizens that would like to obtain a police reports or have any questions pertaining to our Records Division contact us by phone, fax or email.

Our records division will notify the requestor by email of the cost for the record and arrange payment. The report will be emailed to the requestor.

Fingerprinting is conducted by a third party vendor http://www.bioidentserv.com

We will provide further updates on our services as information is obtained and evaluated.
